A three sport standout while working his way through college, Tony Ravish concentrated on basketball and baseball after his sophomore year.

A three year member of the “L” Club, he helped pace the basketball and baseball teams to outstanding seasons in both his junior and senior years.

Navy service in World War II probably kept him from becoming a major league catcher, but he did have a long career with the New York Giants as a minor league manager and scout.
