A two-time NCAA Alpine skiing All-America and a three-year All-East skier, Roby Politi is one of the most outstanding Alpine skiers in St. Lawrence history, while also being a standout on the baseball team. 

He was a three-time MVP in skiing and was captain of both the Alpine and baseball teams as a senior. He was named Outstanding Senior Athlete and was featured in Sports Illustrated’s “Faces in the Crowd.”

He was selected to the U.S. Team for the FISU World Championships as a skier and was the first St. Lawrence skier to earn two-time All-America status, he was also the first Alpine specialist to earn three-time All-East honors.

A real estate broker and appraiser in Lake Placid and twice president of the Essex County Board of Realtors, he is also a retired North Elba town judge.
