A 16-time All America during his St. Lawrence swimming career, Scott Frame played a major role in the 1976 NCAA team championship as an individual champion in the 200 freestyle and a member of the winning 800 free and 400 medley relay teams.

Frame won the 200 freestyle in 1:43.757 in 1976 and swam a leg on the 800 free relay team which was timed in 7:05.918 and the 400 medley relay team which set a NCAA Division III record in 3:35.5. He also earned All America honors in the 100 free with a second place finish, the 50 free and as part of the 100 free relay team. He was All America in the 200 free and 400 and 800 free relays in 1975 helping the team to a seventh place finish and was All America in six events as a senior, helping the team to a fifth place finish.

The winner of the Douglas McDevitt Award as the outstanding swimmer in New York State in his senior year, he had six state titles and three second place finishes in 1975-76 and 1976-77. He set St. Lawrence records or was part of record setting relays in every one of the events he competed in during his career.

Scott is a vice president of the Xerox Corporation and he and his wife Kathy (Kearns ’77) are the parents of four children.
