John Prokos

A two-time All State and All Conference player, John Prokos played on three league championship teams, the first Saint team to make the NCAA Division III playoffs and back-to-back ECAC championship teams.

One of only four players in Saint soccer history to score 30-or-more goals in his career, he ranked fourth on the all-time St. Lawrence scoring list at the time of his induction with 30 career goals and 19 assists for 79 career points. He played on teams which won 46 games, lost 10 and tied five during his career including the 13-2-1 1977 team which established a program record for victories.

He earned All State and all conference honors in 1978 and 1979, was team co-captain in 1979 and the team MVP in 1979.

Now a financial planner  in Florida who was selected to the Broker/Dealer Advisory Board in 2004, John and his wife Luann Warner Prokos '82 are the parents of two sons.
