Craig Gleason, a tight end, was one of starting quarterback Mark Ferrante’s favorite targets in the Saints’ historic 1982 season.
He made 24 receptions for 307 yards and scored three touchdowns that season, serving as a captain and earning Second-Team All-America honors and Honorable Mention Associated Press All-America honors.
The Saints finished with a 10-1 record, with the only loss coming to Augustana College in the semifinal round of the NCAA Division III Football Championship in what — at the time of his induction — remains the best season in St. Lawrence football history.
Craig owns and operates Canada’s largest matchmaking company, and lives in Mississauga, Ontario, with his wife, Caroline, and his children, Conor, Colton, Cameron and Caileigh.
