One of the first regional Academic All America selections in Saint tennis history, Leah Walbourn Warner also had an outstanding career on the courts, playing at the top of the Saint lineup throughout her four-year career.
A four-year all-league player at singles or doubles, Leah captained the 1997-98 team which went 9-5 and finished fourth in New York State. She was a key contributor to the 11-1 1994 team which won the league title and was a Rolex semifinalist in 1996.
She played on teams which went 42-9 in dual match play during her career and were in the top two in conference play in three of her four years. She completed her career with 58 singles wins including dual and tournament play and was also highly successful in doubles.
She was a Presidential Scholar and earned all academic honors throughout her career. She was the Outstanding Senior Scholar Athlete Award winner as a senior and a Summa Cum Laude graduate.
She is vice president for Account Services, Managed Markets and was the recipient of the Healthcare Business Association Rising Star Award in 2007. She and her husband Jon are the parents of a daughter, Caroline.
