Isaac Brinkman finished 12th in the 200-yard freestyle and helped two relays finish ninth to lead the St. Lawrence University men's swimming and diving team on Day 2 of the Liberty League Championships on Thursday evening at Ithaca College.

Brinkman qualified for the "B" final with a time of one minute, 47.56 seconds in the prelims in the morning before following with a 1:48.07 in the final. He was also a member of both the 200 free relay and the 400 medley relay for the Saints, both of which finished ninth.

Jack Quinn finished 16th in the 400 individual medley, qualifying for the "B" final with a time of 4:39.28 in the prelims and coming back with a 4:35.05 in the evening session. Quinn was also a member of the Saints' medley relay team. Doug Connell was on both relays for the Saints.

St. Lawrence is in ninth place in the championship after the second day of the four-day competition with 223 team points. The Saints are 22 points behind Bard, which sits in eighth.
