Saints Battle Through Day Three of Liberty League Championships

The St. Lawrence University men's swimming and diving team continued their postseason on Friday during the third day of the 2026 Liberty League Championships at Ithaca College.

Following a full slate of events at the Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium, the Saints remain in ninth place in the team standings as they prepare for the final day of competition.

The evening session was highlighted by a strong performance in the 800-yard freestyle relay. The team of Josh Harris, Oliver Clancy, Logan Doody, and Patrick Noonan teamed up to take an eighth-place finish, touching the wall with a time of 7:26.26.

The relay performance provided a significant point contribution for the Scarlet and Brown, keeping them within striking distance of the middle of the pack. In individual action, Patrick Noonan led the way in the 200-yard butterfly. Noonan advanced to the evening finals and secured 22nd place overall, touching the wall in 2:08.13.

The Saints will look to climb the leaderboard during the final day of action on Saturday.
