"We did a decent job of meeting expectations today," said head coach Ethan Townsend. "Spencer did a good job at keeping the guys in the mix for the first part and Colton is really coming on and had a good leg and Brian had a decent day as well."
"For the women, Etta did a great job in the opening leg to put us in a strong position for Marlia to take over and Emma took up the gap and passed a few teams to get us to seventh-place overall. We were grateful to the Laval coach for the quick pole exchange," Townsend added.
The Saints women's team ended the day in seventh place, while the men finished 10th.
