The St. Lawrence University women's swimming and diving team delivered several strong performances and individual successes during the 2024–25 season.
The Saints earned dual meet victories over Route 11 rival Clarkson, SUNY Potsdam, and Bard, finishing the season with a 3–4 record. The team also impressed at the Don Richards Invitational, placing third overall at the event hosted by RIT. At the Liberty League Championships, St. Lawrence recorded multiple top-10 finishes across a range of events.
Sophomore
Amelia Stacy had a standout season, highlighted by a dominant performance against Clarkson in which she claimed four victories in the 200-yard butterfly, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard individual medley, and the medley relay alongside teammates
Adeline Ziobro,
Katie Taberski, and
Gracie Ringer. Stacy capped her season with a fourth-place finish in the 400-yard IM at the Liberty League Championships.
The Saints found consistent success in the 200-yard freestyle relay throughout the year, with multiple combinations of swimmers earning wins in the event.
St. Lawrence honored its senior class (

Katie Taberski) with a 124–59 victory over SUNY Potsdam in the final home meet of the season. First-year standout
Lilly Mruzik led the way with first-place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke.
