St. Lawrence University field hockey player Mayson Blondek has won the Liberty League offensive player of the week award for the period ending November 2.

In golden goal overtime of their final match of the season against Cortland, Blondek slipped behind the Red Dragons' backline and was sprung on a breakaway, where she dribbled around the keeper and deposited the overtime goal to give St. Lawrence a 2-1 win and their second victory in three games. 

The win came in the Saints' final game of the season, as they now gear up for the offseason.
