St. Lawrence senior Nicholas Lyndaker has been selected as the Liberty League Men's Cross Country performer of the week after his runner up finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional.

Lyndaker ran 25:11.5 at the Hoffmann Cross Country Course, securing an individual berth to the NCAA Championship. He improved by six places from his 2024 regional result and established himself in the lead group from the opening mile, holding his position throughout the race to finish well clear of the main pack.

The honor adds to an already decorated fall for Lyndaker, who won a second consecutive Liberty League title earlier this fall. He also brings national experience to the table, highlighted by his 2024 NCAA indoor mile title.

Lyndaker will now represent St. Lawrence on Saturday, November 22 in Spartanburg, S.C. at the Roger Milliken Cross Country Course.
