It's always fun to race at home on the Hoff and especially so for Laurentian Weekend," said Saints head coach
John Newman. "The crowd support from family, friends and teammates was tremendous. It was such a good vibe for the Hoff today! I was really happy how the guys bounced back so well after a rocky race at Hamilton last week. They did a much nicer job of putting themselves in the race and working together when the opportunity to do so was presented. We are starting to come in to mid-season form and at just the right time. We have some big races coming up and getting a quality full distance 8k today fit our season plan very well."
St. Lawrence now gears up to continue their midseason progress at the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa. on Saturday, October 5.
