Junior Emma Strack was selected by the US Ski Team and competed in the OPA Cup Finals in Toblach, Italy in mid-March.

Strack left Steamboat Springs, Colo. following her third postseason trip at the 2024 NCAA Skiing Championships and traveled to Toblach for races March 15-17.

Strack placed 34th in the classic sprint and 35th in the 10-kilometer freestyle the following day. She finished the week off in the third leg of the mixed gender freestyle relay event with the team placing 13th.

"Primarily this was an awesome opportunity to gain some international racing experience and represent the US," said head coach Ethan Townsend. "I am really proud of how Emma recovered from a mid-season injury to regain form for both the NCAA Championships and continue that into these events. Truly fantastic to have the team represented at this high of a level internationally."
