Esports Week Two Recap: Three Saints Teams Post Wins

Rocket League vs. Worcester Polytechnic Institute – October 13 

Rocket League started their season out with a loss in a close fought series. The team is proud of the way they worked together and looks forward to cleaning up their gameplay. The Rocket League players are optimistic for the season, as they take on the University of Ontario Institute of Technology for their second match. 
 

Valorant vs. Clark – October 16 

Valorant will continue their win streak coming out of their match 2-0. Clark withdrew from the league causing the Valorant team to win by a forfeit. The Valorant team looks to defend their undefeated record. 


League of Legends vs. Howard Community College – October 20 

The League of Legends team secured a clean 2-0 sweep over Howard Community College. This brings the team's record to 1-1. The team was excited about the bounce back and impressed with the improvement in communication. There is still room for improvement but overall, the team practiced hard, and it showed. 
 

Super Smash Bros vs. Hood College – October 20 

The Super Smash Bros. team was able to come out with a decisive 2-0 win over Hood College. After the close series last week, the team spent extra time fine-tuning their mechanics. This win brings the team to a 1-1 standing. The team looks forward to keeping their momentum going forward and shows no signs of slowing down.
