Cooper Evans secured the individual title after a three-way playoff to lead the St. Lawrence University men's golf team to a first-win win at the Clarkson Invitational on Tuesday afternoon at the Potsdam Town and Country Club.
Evans tied for first shooting one over par (73) with teammate
Ben Lloyd and Oswego's Ryan Fecco. Evans secured the win with a three-way playoff on the third hole.

Wes Bevins (85), were also contributing members to the Saints winning team.
The Saints 'A' team took first with a 307, while the Saints 'B' team took second with a combined 310, while the Saints 'C' team finished seventh with a 329. Clarkson's 'A' team took third with a 311.
St. Lawrence will travel to Middlebury, Vt. for the Duke Nelson Invitational this weekend, September 10-11.
