Billie McClosky and Emma Palumbo had top eight finishes on the final day of the AARTFC Indoor Track & Field Regionals hosted by Nazareth College on Saturday.

Emma Palumbo took fourth in the mile, finishing in 5:08.23. She was in eighth place at the midway mark, but steadily moved up in the second half of the race and shaved over two seconds off of her previous best time, which she set last week at the Liberty League Championships. Alli Sibold was also in the mile and crossed the line in 5:21.22.

Billie McClosky also ran a seasons best in her eighth place finish in the 3,000 meters. Her time of 10:33.47 is seven seconds quicker than her mark at leagues.
