Hall of Fame Induction, and Tribute to Tom Fay
A Look Back: 1982 Football Team Panel
The Hall of Fame induction, typically held in the fall every year, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Friday's announcement will not take the place of our normal induction ceremony, which will still be held on campus once it is safe to do so. Details for the induction ceremony will be announced at a later date.
The 1982 football team finished the regular season with a perfect 9-0 record and advanced to the NCAA Division III semifinals with a memorable come-from-behind win over Wagner. The team, which was inducted into the St. Lawrence Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007, will be represented former head coach Andy Talley, quarterback Mark Ferrante '83 and fullback Keith Henry '84.
