Ross Suitor volleyed a cross from 18-yards in the 99
th minute to lift the No. 3 St. Lawrence men's soccer team over SUNY Geneseo 2-1 on Saturday afternoon. The goal is the first of Suitor's collegiate career.

Morgan Smith connected for his second of the weekend and third of the season to put the Saints on top 1-0. Smith finished with five of the Saints nine shots on goal.
In the 81
st minute, Geneseo's Jaisen Clark pulled the Knights even at 1-1 to help force overtime.
As time was winding down on the first over, Suitor collected a cross from classmate
Rob Brandell, who had carried the ball across midfield on the right side. Suitor's volley from just inside the 18 hit the bottom of the crossbar and deflected down into the goal for the game-winner.
Suitor, who did not register a point in eight appearances during his rookie campaign with the Saints, has already contributed a goal and an assist this season.
The Knights finished the day with a 21-16 edge in shots and goalkeeper Logan Calvey finished with seven saves.
Aaron Costello made five stops for St. Lawrence (3-1).
Next weekend the Saints will return to Western New York for game against SUNY Brockport and Buffalo State.
