Box Score Oct. 19:  The nationally-ranked #10 St. Lawrence University men's soccer team extended its unbeaten streak to 13 games with a 3-0 win over Bard College (2-15, 0-7) on Saturday in a Liberty League contest in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY.  The victory, which moved the Saints to 11-1-2 and 6-0 in the league, was head coach Bob Durocher's 300th of his 24-year career at the helm of the St. Lawrence men's program.

St. Lawrence dominated from the start and was led by junior assistant captain Mark Provost, who had his second straight two-goal game, bringing his weekend total to four.

Sophomore Seyefe Brouk opening the scoring in the 19th minute when he collected a pass from Provost in the box and beat Bard goalkeeper Daniel Gagne from close range.  Although St. Lawrence outshot Bard 21-0 in the first half, it was 1-0 at halftime. 

Provost made it 2-0 in the 47th minute with an incredible blast from the right side that hit the upper right corner and bounced into the net.  Andrew Bednarsky earned the assist. 

Provost would cap the Saints' scoring in the 71st minute, hitting home a nice centering pass from Praveen Balakumaran.

Bard didn't get a shot off until the 88th minute, and in the 89th minute, junior goalkeeper Aaron Costello was called to make a save off a long shot from Christian Letourneau to earn his 11th shutout of the season and improve to 11-0-2 on the season. 

St. Lawrence held heavy advantages in both shots (36-2) and corner kicks (12-0).  Daniel Gagne made 13 saves for the Raptors in 90:00 minutes. 

The Saints will be back in action next Saturday with a Liberty League contest against Skidmore at 3pm at Sandy MacAllaster Field.
