Six members of the St. Lawrence University women's rowing team earned Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) Scholar-Athlete honors for academic and athletic excellence in 2026.

Jenna Stinson all earned the distinction for the Scarlet and Brown. Â
In total, the CRCA honored 1,174 exceptional student-athletes with the 2026 CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award, across all divisions of collegiate women's rowing.
This year's honorees averaged an impressive GPA above 3.59, with 76 student-athletes achieving a perfect 4.0. These numbers reflect the dedication, time management, and resilience required to excel in demanding collegiate sports while pursuing rigorous academic goals.
The CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award recognizes collegiate rowers who demonstrate a strong commitment to success in the classroom and on the water. Nominees must meet the following criteria: must meet all institutional and conference eligibility rules, must be in their second-fifth years of eligibility, must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the end of the fall semester/winter quarter, must have rowed in at least 75-percent of the team's spring races in an NCAA or IRA (lightweight) eligible boat
or must have competed in an NCAA boat at their conference championship or national championship.
