Box Score Charles Schepens and Bennett Stout pair up for a win in doubles, and each won their singles match, but the St. Lawrence University men's tennis team dropped the match 5-2 to Skidmore on Sunday in the Newell Field House. 

St. Lawrence fell to 4-11 overall and 1-6 in Liberty League play, while the Thoroughbreds improved to 12-4 and 5-0 in league action. 

At three doubles, Schepens and Stout took on Kyle Lundberg and Ege Topbas and started their day on the right foot, winning 6-4. 

In singles, Schepens occupied the number three spot and lined up against Fletcher King, winning 6-3, 7-6 (7-3). Stout's singles match at six was against Mahen Bitkuri, and he would cruise to a 6-1, 6-3 win. 

The Scarlet and Brown will wrap up their regular season next Sunday, April 26, when the team heads to Schenectady, N.Y., to take on Union College in a 10 a.m. match.
