Harper Eskey and Annabelle Gitterman earned High Point Rider honors, while Eskey and Lauren Trexler earned Reserve High Point Rider honors to help lead the St. Lawrence University riding team to a weekend sweep at the St. Lawrence University Horse Shows to close out the regular season at the Elsa Gunnison Appleton Riding Hall.

The wins helped the Scarlet and Brown claim their 16th consecutive Region 2 title, while Eskey through her successes this season accumulated the most points and was named High Point Rider of the Year.

On Saturday, Eskey took home a blue ribbon in both the Open Fences and Open Flat, while Lauren Trexler took a pair of first-place wins in Intermediate Fences and Limit Flat. Annabelle Gitterman, Annie Kammer, Fiona Malcarney and Grace Lagerstedt also picked up wins on Saturday, while Sophia Wirtz and Dylan Mayo earned a second-place finish.

On Sunday, Gitterman placed first in both Open Fences and Intermediate Flat to secure High Point Rider honors. Kammer, Eskey, Mayo, Ari Lescalleet and Mattie Porter all recorded first-place marks, while Eskey, Wirtz and Inga Yeo picked up second-place results.
St. Lawrence posted back-to-back wins as the High Point Team both Saturday and Sunday.

The team will be back in the saddle on Wednesday, April 1, when the Scarlet and Brown host the IHSA Hunt Seat Regionals at the Elsa Gunnison Appleton Riding Hall.
