St. Lawrence University men's track and field athlete
Nick Lyndaker finished his indoor career on the national stage with another All-America honor, and has earned co-Track Performer of the Week honors in the process.
Lyndaker has wrapped up his indoor career with All-America honors in the mile run. His time of 4:14.54 was just over a half-second slower than the race winner Brown, who took the crown for Central College among a tight group at the top of the field at 4:14.01. With the fourth-place finish, Lyndaker was awarded All-America honors once more. Lyndaker engaged in a grueling two-race schedule over the day. He then competed in the 3000-meter final as well, crossing the line in 8:44.15 for his 20th-place finish.
St. Lawrence returns to the track on Saturday, April 4 for the Saints Ice Breaker at Merrick-Pinkard Track & Field Complex.
