Sadie Cumming earned All-Liberty League Honorable Mention honors, as the St. Lawrence University women's golf team wrapped up the 2024-25 season with a sixth-place finish at the Liberty League Championships at the end of April.
The Saints started out the season hosting the St. Lawrence Invitational and finished in fourth place. St. Lawrence played in the Ithaca Fall Invitational, before claiming a first-place finish at the SUNY Canton Invitational on September 19.
Mary Grace McCann shot three over par to take first place, while Cumming shot an 81 to take second place in the tournament.
St. Lawrence also played in the Middlebury, Williams and Union Fall Invitationals to wrap up the fall portion of their season.
In the spring, the Saints took part in Cortland's Martin/Wallace Invitational and the Union Spring Invitational before heading to the conference championships. The Saints placed fifth at Cortland, and McCann and Cumming both shot an 80 and tied for second place at Union's Sping Invite.
At Liberty League's, Cumming was tied for 15th after round one and dropped five strokes off her score to move up three spots and finish the weekend with a 161 good for 12th place and All-Liberty League accolades.
McCann also dropped four strokes off her score from round one and finished in a tie for 16th with a 164.
Abigail Sikora placed 28th with a 203, while
Ella Narins and
Lane Haehl finished 31st and 32nd, respectively.
St. Lawrence finished the weekend in sixth place with a combined score of 761 (381, 380).
The Saints graduated three seniors in the Class of 2025 –
