The St. Lawrence University riding team claimed their 15th straight Regional Title and junior
Harper Eskey competed in the Cacchione Cup at the IHSA Nationals to highlight the 2024-25 season for the Scarlet and Brown.
St. Lawrence opened the season with three straight wins at SUNY Geneseo on October 26, 27, and November 2 before picking up their fourth win at their first home show of the season on November 3.
Annie Kammer was named the High Point Rider at SUNY Geneseo on November 2, while Eskey took home the honor on November 3 at home.
The Saints closed out the fall semester with a pair of home shows on November 16 and 17, claiming High Point Team honors on both occasions. Eskey was named the High Point Rider in Saturday's show, while
Dalton Pace was the High Point Rider on Sunday.
After the break, the Saints opened the spring season at home with shows on February 22 and 23.
Dylan Mayo was named High Point Rider on Saturday and
Kathryn Crabtree was the High Point Rider on Sunday, as the Scarlet and Brown picked up their eighth overall victory and claimed their 15th consecutive Region 2 Title.

During the regular season shows, the Saints picked up wins at all eight shows.
The Saints then hosted the IHSA Hunt Seat Regionals on March 29.
Frances Thompson McKenzie was named the Regional Champion in both Open Fences and Intermediate Flat, while Eskey was named the Regional Reserve Champion in Open Fences.
St. Lawrence then traveled to West Virginia University for the IHSA Zone II Finals. At the Zone II Finals,
Cate Weis placed first in Limit Fences, whileÂ
Mattie Porter finished first in Novice Flat to earn team points for the Saints. St. Lawrence finished third with 33.
Eskey, who was named the Region 2 High Point Rider for the third consecutive year, qualified for the Cacchione Cup High Point Rider competition at IHSA National Championships held at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, N.C. in May.
After a solid performance in phase one of the two-phase event Eskey was ranked 15th. Eskey's high score and second-place finish in phase two moved her into an impressive eighth-place national finish.
