The No. 4 Saints were able to advance to the consolation final of the Walker Cup bracket with a 6-3 win over Connecticut College but fell in the final match 5-4 against No. 7 Haverford at the CSA Team Nationals in Philadelphia, Pa.
St. Lawrence finished their season at 7-8 overall.

In the team's first match of the day, the Saints swept all but one match en route to the dominant win.
Angel Otshabeng and
Madeleine Martin each offered 3-0 wins from the number one and two spots respectively to start things off. Otshabeng beat Mariam Anwar 11-4, 11-2, 11-2 in 16 minutes, while Martin defeated Ainsley Ellison 11-8, 11-3, 11-8 in a 17-minute match.
Laura Franz also provided a 3-0 sweep from her spot at five as she defeated Miranda Medina 11-8, 11-7, 11-8.
Meg Pruett,
Mariam Dodd, and
Emma Kahle each claimed 3-1 wins to finish off the win.
Pruett, who played Isabel Schumacher at the number three spot won her match 11-9, 11-8, 10-12, 12-10, while Dodd defeated Gwyneth Perez-Perez 11-4, 11-8, 6-11, 11-9 at four. Kahle occupied the seventh spot and played Kairiana Gonzalez, who she beat 9-11, 11-4, 11-9, 11-0.

St. Lawrence won four of the top five matches but fell 5-4 in the consolation final against Haverford.
At number one, Otshabeng earned her second win of the day in her match against Ariana Solecki winning her match 10-12, 11-1, 12-10, 11-3. Then at three, Pruett also doubled up defeating Catherine Fortin 11-7, 11-9, 5-11, 11-6.
Dodd and Franz both earned 3-0 sweeps in their matches at four and five to round out the Saints' wins. Dodd won her match 11-4, 11-5, 11-3 over Julia Carrasco, while Franz dropped Zoe Liu 11-5, 11-7, 11-7.
