Prior to St. Lawrence
Franz played squash and lacrosse at the Nichols School where she was the captain of the squash team... During her time at Nichols School, she was an All-League Second-Team member for her lacrosse team... She was given honors all four years at Nichols and played for Stampede Lacrosse in the summer.
