The St. Lawrence University women's rowing Varsity 8 recorded the best finish of the day for the Scarlet and Brown, leading the Saints at the Head of the Fish in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. on Saturday.

The women's Varsity 8 rowed to a 13th-place finish, recording a time of 13:01.579.

The 2V8 posted a time of 13:31.960, placing 16th overall.

St. Lawrence raced two collegiate four boats, the 'A' boat placed 31st overall in 14:42.657, while the Saints 'B' boat finished 43rd in 18:04.321.

The Head of the Fish wrapped up the fall semester for the Saints, who will be back on the water after their spring break trip to warmer weather.
