The St. Lawrence University men's and women's track and field programs collected five USTFCCCA All-Region honors among four athletes following the conclusion of the regional outdoor season, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced.
To earn all-region recognition, athletes must place among the top-eight individuals in their event on the year-end descending order lists for their region within the Mideast Region.
Nick Lyndaker led the way among the men, earning all-region distinction in the 1500-meter run.
Erik Marelli also earned all-region recognition, picking up the honor in the 110-meter hurdles.
On the women's side,
Ella Baker accounted for two of the program's five honors, earning All-Region recognition in both the 100-meter dash and the 200-meter dash.
Amelia Berthold added all-region recognition in the heptathlon, a testament to her versatility and consistency across seven events throughout the outdoor season.
