The St. Lawrence University softball team had two given All-Liberty League honors, the league announced, with Allison Kloft earning first-team honors and Marleigh Monroe landing on the second team.

Kloft, who started all 34 games for the Saints, put together one of the standout offensive seasons in the Liberty League this spring. The third baseman hit .440 on the year, second in the Liberty League, with 48 hits, which ranked seventh in the conference, and 12 doubles, good for fourth in the league and second on the program's single-season list.

Her .484 on-base percentage ranked third in the Liberty League, and her slugging percentage of .624 placed her sixth in the conference in OPS. Kloft also drove in 31 runs, scored 27, drew 11 walks against just 10 strikeouts and went three-for-four in stolen base attempts, all while posting a .946 fielding percentage with 70 assists from the hot corner. Her two home runs tied her for the team high in that offensive category.

Monroe had an impact on both sides of the ball for St. Lawrence. In the circle, the righthander went 7-4 with a 2.53 ERA over 94 innings pitched, a team-high for the workhorse, while ranking fourth in the Liberty League in ERA. She completed 11 of her 14 starts, which placed her second in the conference in complete games, and struck out 78 batters against 27 walks while holding opponents to a .246 batting average.

At the plate, Monroe hit .356 with two home runs, tying her with Kloft and Marina Juan for the team-high, and 13 RBIs.

St. Lawrence finished the 2026 season at 17-17 overall and 7-7 in Liberty League play. They advanced to the tournament semifinal for the first time since 2013 and had playoff wins against Rensselaer and Skidmore before falling to eventual tournament champion Rochester.
