Angelica Aksdal-Jansen of the St. Lawrence University women's tennis program had a strong weekend en route to being named the Liberty League Singles Performer of the Week. 

Aksdal-Jansen went 2-0 in singles play this week, defeating Paige Houghton 6-0. 6-2 at number one before beating Erin McCusker 6-3, 6-4 on Saturday. 

Aksdal-Jansen and the Saints will be back at the Newell Field House/Sammis Tennis Courts this weekend as the team hosts Ithaca College on Senior Day, beginning at 2 p.m.
