Angelica Aksdal-Jansen helped lead the St. Lawrence University women's tennis team to a win on Sunday in their regular season finale and was honored as the Liberty League Singles Performer of the Week for her efforts, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Aksdal-Jansen played number one for the Saints in their 4-3 win versus Union on Sunday and won her matchup 6-4, 6-2 against Skyler Semon.
Aksdal-Jansen and the Saints will be back on court on Friday, May 1, at 5 p.m., as they take on William Smith College in the first round of the Liberty League Championships at Cornell University.
