St. Lawrence University men's track and field athlete
Nick Lyndaker was named Liberty League track performer of the week for the week ending March 2 following his performance at the conference championship meet on Friday and Saturday.
Lyndaker did it again at the Liberty League championship on Friday and Saturday, earning the third mile run championship of his career with a time of 4:10.95, and also added a 3000-meter run championship. He set the facility record at RIT in the 3000, and also broke the LL record in that event. The Canton native was named Most Outstanding Track Performer of the Meet for his efforts.
Lyndaker and the Saints return to action beginning Friday, March 6 at the AARTFC championships in New York City. Â
