The Saints picked up a pair of wins on the day, but the St. Lawrence University men's squash team fell 7-2 to Dickinson on Friday afternoon in Carlisle, Pa.
St. Lawrence fell to 3-8 with the loss, while the Devils improved to 7-8.
At number three,
Patrick Walford took on Own Buroker and fell 1-0 early with an 11-2 loss. He bounced back in a big way, winning the next three, 11-7, 11-4, 11-7 to win the match. Then, at four,
Harrison Callaway took on Menghou Du and won 14-12 in the first game before his opponent tied the match. Callaway then took the next two 11-8, 11-4 for the 3-1 win.
In the exhibition match,
Luke Black took on Colin Wagenbach and won 11-0, 11-3, 11-4.
St. Lawrence will be back on court on Sunday, February 8, when the team hosts Hamilton at the Robie Squash Center at 1 p.m.
