Sadie Cumming continued to lead the St. Lawrence University women's golf team, tying for 40th, at the Williams Fall Invitational this weekend at the Taconic Golf Course.

Cumming led the Saints lineup as she shot a 78 and tied for 38th after round one. On Sunday, she finished with a 79, for a combined score of 157 to tie for 40th place.

Caroline Mower shot a 175 and tied for 81st, while Nila Ecklof dropped 10 strokes off her round one score to finish in 88th with a 178.

St. Lawrence finished the tournament in 19th place with a 716 (355, 361). Amherst took home the team title with a 587 (286, 301).

The Saints will wrap up the fall portion of their schedule at the Hamilton Fall Invitational on October 4-5.
