Senior Angelica Aksdal-Jansen advanced to the Semifinals in singles play to lead the St. Lawrence University women's tennis team on Day Two of the ITA Northeast Regionals on the campus of Skidmore College.

The senior opened her day in the Round of 16, taking on NYU's Siona Vallabhaneni and secured a 6-4, 6-4 victory. In the quarterfinals, she lined up against TCNJ's Zoey Albert and took the 6-4, 6-3 win to advance to tomorrow's semifinal round against NYU's Victoria Wang.

Molly Jespersen also took part in the Round of 16, taking on Wang of NYU. After winning the first set 6-4, the senior fell 6-4, 6-1 in the next two to see her end run.

In doubles, the pairing of Ariane Karera and Eleanor McDermed took on NYU's Sophia Yang and Wang in the Round of 16, but saw their run fall with an 8-5 loss.
