Angelica Aksdal-Jansen of the St. Lawrence University women's tennis team has earned the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District accolade, announced by the organization earlier in the week.
To receive this prestigious award, which recognizes outstanding performance in and out of the classroom, undergraduate student-athletes must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale). The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
Aksdal-Jansen played in the number one singles spot for the Saints this season, helping lead the team to a 16-5 record. The junior posted an 11-5 singles mark and was 11-3 in doubles play throughout the season.
