St. Lawrence University men's squash's Grégory Malsang was named Rookie of the year and four Saints were named to the All-League team, as announced by the league office on Friday morning.

Malsang, who was the lone Saint on the first team, went 15-3 in his first year at St. Lawrence. The first-year was thrust into the top spot in the order and the newcomer thrived posting a 12-1 mark from the top spot in the order. The Haguenau, France native was also named the Liberty League's Most Outstanding Player after going unbeaten and defeating Rochester's Yash Fadte in the Championship match.

Occupying the second team is Lewis Anderson, Miguel Posada Villa, and Patrick Walford.

Anderson, who only got to play in four matches due to unforeseen circumstances, was 2-2 on the year. His crowning moment came earlier in the season when the season broke the program's all-time wins record. Posada Villa was 9-8 in his first year in Canton and went 6-2 from the number five spot. Walford lost just two matches in his junior campaign with a 5-2 overall record.
