The St. Lawrence University women's swimming and diving team heads to Schenectady, N.Y. to begin the 2025–26 season with a quad meet hosted by Union College.
This follows a 2024-25 season of achievements and three team victories, coming in dual meets over Clarkson, SUNY Potsdam, and Bard. They finished the season with a 3–4 record. They also placed third overall at the Don Richards Invitational, hosted by RIT, and recorded multiple top-10 finishes at the Liberty League Championships.
Amelia Stacy led the way last season with standout performances, including four event wins against Clarkson in the 200-yard butterfly, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard individual medley, and the medley relay with teammates
Adeline Ziobro,
Katie Taberski, and
Gracie Ringer. She concluded the season with a fourth-place finish in the 400-yard individual medley at Liberty Leagues.
Lilly Mruzik also made an immediate impact, earning first-place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke during the team's final home meet against SUNY Potsdam.
The Saints consistently performed well in the 200-yard freestyle relay throughout the season, with multiple swimmer combinations contributing to event wins. The team graduated five seniors:
