Senior Petra DeRose and Junior Meg Pruett posted wins at the five and eight spots as the No. 21 St. Lawrence University women's squash team fell at home to No. 23 Franklin and Marshall College on Sunday afternoon.

St. Lawrence falls to 4-8 on the season while Franklin and Marshall improve to 5-11 

In the number five spot, DeRose took the first two sets 11-6 and 11-9 while Mia Todd claimed the third 9-11. The senior from Buffalo used a dominant fourth set, 11-2, to claim the win 

At number eight, Pruett posted her second sweep in two days taking on Joey Ho earning the 3-0 sweep on set scores of 11-7, 11-1, and 11-4 

The Scarlet and Brown return to action at the Robie Squash Center on Sunday, February 4, at 1 p.m., where they host Hamilton College in the final regular season match of the year.
