The St. Lawrence University field hockey program and head coach Fran Grembowicz are excited to announce Alessandra Mitrano '22 as the team's graduate assistant coach for the upcoming season.

"It's wonderful to have Lessi back with our program!" said head coach Fran Grembowicz "She has been instrumental in her past roles with the team and brings continuity to our coaching staff."

Mitrano, a magna cum laude graduate of St. Lawrence University, has a bachelor's degree in Francophone Studies and a Minor in Spanish & Hispanic Studies to go along with a NYS Education Teaching Certificate. Alessandra, a midfielder and defender on the Saints, was a staple on the Dean's list and received the Presidential Achievement Award in her time as an undergraduate.
