Senior Haylei Coolican posted a personal record in the 5000-meter run, while captain Olivia Watson and first-year Kaylee Bertini took second-place finishes to help lead the St. Lawrence University women's track and field team at the University of Rochester Alumni Meet on Saturday.

Coolican came out on top with a time of 17:37.82 to secure the 5000-meter run. Her teammate Watson was hot on her trail finishing second with a personal-best time of 17:53.85 in the run.

Bertini also earned a second-place finish on the day in the 400-meter hurdles. The first-year posted a time of 1:08.92 finishing .87 behind first. The time was a personal best for Bertini in the event.

Allison Sibold turned in a top-five finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:20.31. Olivia Middleton also had a top-five finish in the long jump with a 5.21m jump.

The Scarlet and Brown would finish in sixth place with 54 points in the 13-team field.
