Eliza O'Donnell won the one-kilometer race on Wednesday afternoon to lead the St. Lawrence University women's track and field team in Plattsburgh, N.Y.
O'Donnell won in 3:16.12, inching out second place by less than a second. Sophomore
Nora Graves took third in the event in 3:21.99.
Adeline Moore finished second in the mile, lowering the time she ran two weeks ago at the SLU Indoor Invitational by six seconds to 5:43.36.
Laken Mooney also had a second-place finish. She reached 9.68-meters in the triple jump, a season's best distance.
Caroline Hines finished third in 9.23 meters.
Emily Boswell had two top five finishes in the throws. She took second in the shot, throwing 9.51 meters, and fifth in the weight, throwing 9.46 meters.
Brooke Martindale was third in the nine-woman event, throwing 9.51 meters.
Mackenzie Marcus finished third in the 200 meters, finishing in 30.09 seconds, .23 seconds off the personal best she set this season, and also finished fourth in the 55 meters, with a best time of 8.34 seconds in the prelims.
The Saints travel to Staten Island this weekend to compete in the Fastrack National Invite at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on February 10
th.
