St. Lawrence University women's soccer seniors Julia Mulhern and Hannah Arment earned CoSIDA Academic First-Team All-District honors, as announced by the association on Thursday afternoon.  

CoSIDA Academic All-District awards recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Due to COVID-19 and the cancellation of most fall seasons, career statistics and honors were used for this year's nominations.

Mulhern, an Economics and Francophone Studies major with a 3.83 cumulative grade point average, and Arment, a Government major with a 3.67 cumulative grade point average both earned United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-East Region and USC Scholar All-America honors following their junior seasons.

Mulhern was a two-time First-Team All-Liberty League honoree, while Arment earned Second-Team honors as a sophomore and a junior. The pair were both members of the Saints' Leadership Committee and earned Liberty League All-Academic honors all three years they were eligible.

Most recently, Mulhern earned St. Lawrence's Co-Female Senior Scholar-Athlete Award.

Over three seasons, Mulhern scored 21 goals and added seven assists for 49 points and scored 10 game-winning goals throught her career. On defense, Arment scored two goals and added two assists for six points and in 2019 helped hold opponents to just 0.88 goals per game. 

First-Team honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in early July.
