Taylor Goldsborough scored her third consecutive game-winning goal as the Saints went on to defeat No. 17 SUNY Geneseo 1-0 on Saturday afternoon. She is now tied for the team lead in goals (4) and points (9).

After a scoreless first half, Goldsborough put the Saints on the board in the 55
th minute off a corner kick from
Caroline Crandall. Crandall served the ball into the box and Goldsborough was there to head the ball home behind Knights keeper Allison Stamp.
Stamp finished with six saves, while junior goalkeeper
Kelsey West made four stops to pick up her fourth shutout of the season.
"Geneseo was very explosive, dangerous and well coached," Bari said. "It was certainly a great match up and tune up for conference play."
The Saints improve to 6-2 on the season and will begin league play against the defending national champion William Smith Herons next weekend.Â
