2017: Ruehl battled a season-long injury throughout her senior year and only appeared in one set against Bard on senior day… Ruehl was named Liberty League All-Academic and despite her injury remained a vital member of the Saints’ squad and was awarded Teammate of the Year at the teams’ postseason awards banquet.

2016: Ruehl played in 29 matches and 92 sets as a junior... She recorded 141 kills on the season to go along with 23 serving aces, 56 digs, and 34 total blocks... She tallied a season-high in kills on October 12th at Oswego State and a season high in blocks on October 1st vs. Elmira... Ruehl was named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
 
2015: Appeared in 34 matches and 113 sets for the Saints … Finished fifth on the team with 162 kills and was also fifth with 1.43 kills per set … Was fourth on the team with 31 aces and was second on the squad with 53 blocks … Named to the Liberty League All-Academic squad.

2014: Ruehl appeared in all 37 matches and 119 sets in her first year with the Saints … finished fifth on the team with 128 kills and was third on the squad with 35 aces … her 44 blocks was tied for fourth best on the team … had a season-best 13 kills and a .407 hitting percentage in the 3-1 win over Potsdam in early September … her six blocks against Alfred was a season high … She earned Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors twice during the season.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Ruehl was a decorated volleyball player, earning First Team All-Southern Arizona three times (2011-2013).  The Tucson, AZ native matched her athletic efforts with those in the classroom, as she was an AP Scholar with Honors.
