2016: As a senior, Rowell returned from injury to play in 30 matches and 83 total sets. For the season, she recorded seven kills, 22 aces, and 222 digs, including a season high 21 digs at Oswego State on 10/12.

2015: Season was limited to 14 matches and 48 sets due to injury … Finished with 20 service aces and was second on the team with 0.42 aces per set … Also recorded 76 digs … Had a season-best 10 digs against Clarkson and served six aces against Bard.

2014: Rowell played in 36 matches and 120 sets for the Saints as a sophomore … She was tied for fourth on the team with 31 aces and was second on the squad with 230 digs … recorded a season-best 15 digs against Union and also tied her season high with five kills against the Dutchwomen … also had 14 digs in an early-season match against Fredonia.

2013: Rowell was a steady contributor defensively for St. Lawrence in her rookie year, as she piled up 128 digs in 32 matches... She added seven kills and 21 service aces in her opening season.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Rowell captained the volleyball team and also participated in track and field. The Liverpool, N.Y. native was an honor roll student and was inducted into the National Honor Society.
