2016-17: As a senior captain, the varsity eight topped Skidmore by nearly 30 seconds to kick of the spring season… She helped row the varsity eight to a third-place finish at the Liberty League Championships… Thomas also rowed in the varsity eight at the NIRC Championships, which improved to second place in the third final with a time of 7:08.965. She also earned Liberty League All-Academic, NIRC All-Academic and All-Liberty League Team honors.

2015-16: Thomas assisted the Saints varsity eight to a 12^th-place finish at the Head of the Fish Regatta to wrap up the 2015 fall season... She also helped the varsity eight and varsity four row to a first-place finish in the Major’s Cup Races on the team’s spring break trip to Tampa, Florida… The varsity eight posted a fourth-place finish at the 2016 Liberty League Championships and third in the petite finals at the New York State Championships.

2014-15: Thomas helped the varsity eight row to a second-place finish at the Liberty League Championships, as well as a second-place finish in the petite final at the New York State Championships.

2013-14: During her first year with the Saints, Thomas helped row the varsity eight to a second-place finish at Rochester in the spring season opener and again the next weekend at Ithaca in the novice eight… She rowed in the novice eight that earned a second-place finish, just 2.7 seconds behind William Smith, in the Liberty League Championships…The novice eight also raced to a bronze medal at the 2014 New York State Championships and a first-place finish in the petite final at the ECAC Championships.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Thomas was a tri-sport student-athlete, competing on the rowing, field hockey and Nordic ski teams ... The Scotia, N.Y. native earned High Honor Roll status and was inducted into both the National Honor Society and the Tri-M Music Honor Society ... She was named the secretary of the National Honor Society.
