2016-17: During her first year with the Saints, Spofford coxed the novice eight to a 10-second victory Saturday at the season-opening Bridge-to-Bridge Regatta at Hamilton College and another first-place finish at the Head of the Genesee Regatta in Rochester, New York… The novice eight also took home a fourth-place finish at the Head of the Fish Regatta.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Spofford ran for the cross country and track teams at Concord Carlisle Regional High School … She was a team captain of cross country as a senior … She is a member of the National Honor Society and an honor roll student.
